By accessing or purchasing from the Follura store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

Follura is a scalp-care device designed for massage, microcurrent, red light, and essential oil delivery.

Follura is not a medical treatment and does not make hair-regrowth claims. Product information is provided for general product-use purposes and should not be considered medical advice.

Product Use

Use Follura according to the instructions provided with the device.

The device is designed for sessions of approximately 10 minutes, with a suggested routine of three to four nights per week. Thirty minutes is the daily maximum.

Start on the lowest intensity and stop use if anything feels wrong or causes discomfort.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process and deliver your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.

Shipping

Follura offers free shipping across the U.S. on every order, with no minimum.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–5 days.

Returns & Refunds

Follura offers a 90-day money-back guarantee.

You may request a full refund of the product price within 90 days. The device may be used and oil may remain in the reservoir.

Returned products are inspected, and approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Defective products can be shipped back free of charge.

Warranty

Follura includes a 1-year warranty covering the motor, battery, charging port, LEDs, and EMS electronics.

The warranty does not cover:

A reservoir blocked from skipping the rinse
Water damage caused by rinsing with the charging-port plug out
Solvent damage
Damage resulting from improper use

Safety

Follura is not suitable for everyone.

Do not use the device if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active scalp inflammation, open wounds, recent head surgery, metal or subcutaneous implants, photosensitivity, scalp disease, hair transplants, wigs, or sensitive or compromised skin.

Patch test first and start on the lowest setting.

If you have a diagnosed hair-loss condition or other medical concern, consult a dermatologist or qualified healthcare professional.

Limitation of Medical Claims

Follura does not promise hair regrowth or treatment of a medical condition.

The product is intended for scalp care, including massage, relaxation, circulation from massage, even essential oil delivery, and the appearance of fuller, healthier-looking hair.
