Product Information

Follura is a scalp-care device designed to provide scalp massage, microcurrent stimulation, red light exposure, and even essential oil delivery.

Follura is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

We do not make claims that Follura will regrow hair. The intended benefits described for the product relate to scalp comfort, massage, circulation, relaxation, oil delivery, and the appearance of fuller, healthier-looking hair.

Important Safety Information

Follura should be used only as directed.

Follura is not intended for everyone. Do not use the device if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active scalp inflammation, open wounds, recent head surgery, metal or subcutaneous implants, photosensitivity, scalp disease, hair transplants, wigs, or sensitive or compromised skin.

Patch test first and start on the lowest intensity. Stop using the device if anything feels wrong or causes discomfort.

If you have a diagnosed hair-loss condition or other medical concern, consult a dermatologist or other qualified healthcare professional. Follura is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Water Resistance

Follura is rated IPX7 and can be rinsed clean under a tap or used on damp hair.

The rubber charging-port plug must be securely seated before the device comes into contact with water. Water damage caused by using the device with the charging port plug open is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty

Follura comes with a 1-year warranty covering the motor, battery, charging port, LEDs, and EMS electronics.

The warranty does not cover a reservoir blocked from skipping the rinse, water damage caused by rinsing with the charging-port plug out, or solvent damage.
